We are happy to announce the recent completion of a scenic walking trail on historic College Hill. The crushed granite, limestone edged trail winds through the ruins and grounds of Salado College that include a statue of its founder, Col. E.S.C. Robertson. Plaques along the trail tell the story of the college built in 1860 by visionaries who established a school here for elementary through two-year college students.
