- 1:00 PM: A Lecture in Word and Music by Colin MacLeod: The Scottish Fiddle – Its Journey of Influence from Scotland to the USA. Presentation at the SISD Middle School.
- 1:00 PM: Scottish singer and folklorist, Ed Miller, will present a one hour lecture in word and song addressing the Scottish Folksong Revival from 1960 to present day. Lucile A. Robertson Center at the Salado Museum.
- 6:00 PM: Calling of the Clans Torchlight Ceremony – Creek side north of the Museum
- 6:30 PM: Welcome Social with Light Buffet Dinner (Ticketed Event) – Lucile A. Robertson Center at the Salado Museum. Tickets available on ticket site under Complete Clan Reservation section.
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Clan Tents, Scottish Highland Games, Pipe and Drum Competitions, Live Celtic Music, Celtic Marketplace
- 10:30 AM: Scottish Country Dancing with Celtic Spirit
- 12:00 PM: Official Opening of the Gathering and Parade of the Bands and Clans
- 1:30 PM: Shortbread Contest
- 2:00 PM: Bonniest Knees Contest
- 2:30 PM: Faerie Tea Party by Celtic Spirit (for children and woodland creatures, $5 each)
- 7:00 PM: Tartan Dinner (Advanced reservations required) at the The View on the Creek, catered by Let Us Do the Cooking. Tickets available on ticket site under Complete Clan Reservation section.
- 9:00 AM: Kirkin’ o the Tartan traditional devotional service
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Pipe Band Performances, Live Celtic Music, “Scottish Dress” Pet Parade and Contest, Clan Tents, Shopping, Food
- 10:00 AM-12:00 PM: Scottish Highland Games for Kids: meet the athletes & hands-on demonstration
- 11:30 AM: Dog Parade and Contest
- 12:00 PM: Keg Toss on Athletic Field. All welcome to show off their strength!
- 1:15 PM: Scottish Country Dancing with Celtic Spirit
- 2:30 PM: Parade of Bands and Closing Ceremony
